Mounting a R53 spoiler on a R50

I have a 2002 R50 and I just purchased a spoiler from a R53. It is the the arch type with attachment bolts at both ends. My question has to do with the foam attachment pads. I believe the part number that I need is 51717119495. On the parts listing it says that you need one. Does this mean that you get two pads if you order this part number?
I've contacted 3 dealerships and none of them could tell me, since they didn't have the part in stock. I also need to know about the glue activator part number 83190030155. I've been told that it's been discontinued. What is the active ingredient or what name brand activator could I buy locally to do the job.

I installed an aero spoiler on my R53 and just used 3M moulding tape to attach it. It's the bolts that secure it. It's been on the car for five years now.
