Lights From The Retrofit Source

Hey Guys,

I believe i can share my experience when retrofitting your mini.

I personally own a 2012 Mini Coper Countryman and I've actually done a retrofit from my stock halogen to a projector.
I have encountered a lot of issues and questions in regards to modifying my vehicle.

The problems I found the most difficult was a weird flickering issue that happens whenever I turn on the ignition. It starts flickering for the first 10 seconds in which I believe it's a cold/warm bulbs check.

I've been searching through many sites and actually heard about a custom harness from the http://www.retrofitsource.com
It was such a relief, because I don't want to mess up coding my mini since I'm a newbie.

Anyhow, their Customer Service is great and I love it, so you may wanna contact them for any kind of retrofitting.

Cheers,

You think being the first post of a brand new member might be a clue? Some spammers have no patience to at least put up a few innocuous posts first.

It's not what you think it is! I personally want to share on my own!
I'm a guy from Cambodia, honestly and I got no zero compensation from doing this.

It's your freewill to think I'm someone from that, but don't you think a company has a better way to spread their name and marketing? Seriously, it's a shame!

You think you know the story, mate?
Huh, guess what, I have my own reason for this. A junior member like you may put up such an arrogant response, but consider this, MY POST IS NOT A SPAM. if you couldn't define what spam is, i can show you how it relates to your response.

You stupid post-less annoying message, if you don't want to help, don't bother yourself interfering! You have more than this to mind your business besides spreading your nonsense response, because it wasn't make my day.

Well, most companies are helpful when they try to sell you something One should know that when changing headlights to HID in a Mini, you need a can bus error circuit to make it work. It pretty common knowledge if one does some research on the internet. Also, when changing from halogen to HID, one should change the reflector housing to projectors as well. It is a safety hazard to put HID in a halogen reflector housing as it will blind the oncoming traffic from the scattered light.
