Engine Noise

Hey guys! I was wondering if there are any ways you guys know of making the actual engine of my r56 quieter. I love the exhaust noise, but I don't like the annoying clicking noise of the engine. Thanks!

The clicking noise is primarily the direct injection system. The system uses very high pressure on the fuel system, and the injectors 'click' when they close. I don't know if there is any way to reduce the amount of noise that is transmitted.

I was thinking about the noise they create a while ago. I don't think there's really a way to quiet it down. There's a lot less material surrounding the engine bay compared to other cars. You could reduce in cabin noise a bit, look up noise maker delete if you haven't already.
