I bought it used recently as a certified preowned so i am not entirely sure what is exactly on it.

I had black xenons, leather interior, moon roof, mini connected, and r98's

this might be a dumb question but.....how exactly do i know if i have the sport suspension or the regular shocks on the car?

does that mean i dont have it then? i dont see anything listed....

 

The shocks should have labels on them. If you look under the rear bumper toward the suspension, see if you can read a label on one of the rear shocks. On my 08 (which could be different than your car) there are white labels that either read 'Cooper S' or 'Sport'.

I don't see anything listed on your options above, but I also don't see automatic transmission either.

The other way to confirm is to measure the sway bars precisely, but this normally means that you have to pull a wheel off. You can search the forums to see what size sway bars are on the different suspension packages.

What does automatic have to do with the suspension?

 

My only point was that your list of options above is not complete if it does not indicate the transmission. the list should also indicate suspension type.
