TSW Xbrace vs front strut brace + rear sway bar?

I was wondering how a brace like the TSW xbrace works vs a front strut brace and thicker rear sway bar. Can you guys explain the differences? Would the xbrace alone be as good as a front strut brace + thicker rear sway bar?
Thanks!

I have all three. The upper and the x brace prevent the car from twisting under stress. The rear stress bar is a must. Many don't feel the upper bar does much but I have always had one.

So if you had to pick one, which would it be?

In this order, rear sway bar, x-brace, front strut brace.

I gotta say the x-brace did a ton for my clubman. I just wish it didn't hang so low!

Running all 3 as well.

Same on the CM. It scraps if going over speed bumps too fast.
