STF (Street Touring FWD) Getting Ready for 2015
Getting Ready for 2015
Hi,
I am looking to buy a 2011 Mini. It does have traction control. I am wanting to set it up for STF. What parts should I get?????
Shocks??? or is the standard shocks okay???
Sway Bars????
Control Links???
I have been in prepared and modified Solo II classes for the last 38 years and really don't relate to stock/street prep/street touring classes.
Thanks,
Craig

the #1 stf driver at nationals last week was on a damn near stock mini - so still mainly driver.
in general though, i'd say you'd probably want the works suspension wise, coilovers, sway bars, etc. exhaust, lightweight seats, whatever weight reduction you can do
if you're prepping for HS, just shocks, rear sway bar, and go
