I have a 2012 mcs, is the jcw front lip compatible with our bumper?

I know I can swap In the r58 lip fine but what about jcw.

 

No it is not, but you can get a splitter instead from M7 and others.

If you really want to get a feel for different ones and prices just Google "2012 MINI Cooper S splitter" and start browsing (the first few results pages anyway). You'll get back the M7 page along with options on Mini Mania, Outmotoring, and several others. That should help you find one you like within a budget, otherwise buyer's remorse might hit later if you go straight for one and see another you'd prefer after.
