04 fog wiring issue?

Hey guys, so I just installed a set of HID bulbs in my fogs about a month ago. Now the left side is out, but the right is working fine. When I had my Halogen bulbs in there the left side had gone out as well. Im pretty sure its not a coincidence because it literally was working fine, then i turned the car off and came back an hour later and it didn't work.....

Any info on this would be much appreciated! I guess if it comes down to it i'll just order another HID bulb and see if its just the bulb that has issues .....

You since you are not sure the bulb is bad....you try swapping both bulbs side to side to see if issue follows the bulb....
Xenon bulbs are almost always replaced in pairs.... Their color+ brightness change with use....and bulbs "wear" by turning on/off, not by hours of use by the nature how xenon bulbs work....
Unfortunately aftermarket kits have terrible ballasts/ignitors and bulbs....

if swapping bulbs blows your other bulb, you can try adding another ground wire. i had a similar issue in my old celica (and sort of in this mini). i put in those led projector puddle lights, and the passenger door one keeps burninng out. its wired right, and it is hard to trust chinese leds, but im thinking of adding another ground anyway to try an alleviate the issue. worked on the celica's rear bulbs anyway.

Thanks for the imput guys. I "borrowed" a h11 bulb out of my friends car and it worked on that side, so i guess the bulb must be bad. I got the kit from ddmtuning.com and i've heard positive reviews from them so far. Guess I got a bum set.....
