fuel pump same as a 2003 R53 ?

 

I'm not absolutely sure about that and I don't want to steer you wrong. To my knowledge this part number fits the W10 engine of the R50 and R52 while the W11 engine of the R53 uses part number 16 14 6 766 177 instead. But I just can't imagine how it should be any different between the two cars. I think you'd want to do a little bit more research to be sure.
