Hey! Couple questions: did you have this hooked up to the factory head unit? How easy/hard was the install? How is the sound quality?

 

I tapped the wires off the speakers with the amp gain adjustment so everything was hooked up through the head unit. The install was not hard at all, all you need is a $15 kit from target or walmart to make the setup complete. Sound is fantastic. The bass was tuned in my MINI to boost the bass and not overtake the mids or treble. I like all types of music and this sub could handle dubstep to acoustic sets nicely
