new headliner: where to get material

any suggestions for where to get material similar or exactly to the OEM color of the anthracite headliner for R53?

it may or may not be in a post somewhere, yes im being lazy and not looking :P

anyone just re-use the original fabric? or is it too much hassle?

I suggest going to a local custom interior shop...
That way you can touch and feel the samples... And compare the sample swaths of fabric color wise.... Computer screens are so bad at replicating tones of colors...I would 100% do it in person...
Bet they can order the fabric and then you can pick it up or have it shipped....when I recovered a Honda headliner this way years ago, the cost of the fabric was pretty small...heck think the can of 3m adhesive might have cost me more....

I found a guy locally who can replace my headliner material (I chose anthracite) Including labor, For $200… You can probably get the same kinda deal by you.. don't forget to have them clean the drainage tube….

i may try and "repair" it first, since i really dont feel like ripping half the damn car apart... i was able to do some of the front using a tad of watered down elmers and one of those sponge brushes.

hoping i can weasel my way in there and do similar, brush on some new glue... worst case, i do rip the thing out and then i get to put in some more GTmat on the roof (sound deadening stuff). still have a fair amount from my free courtesy roll! *thank you GTmat!*
