Thumbs up Alta front mount intercooler

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $500
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R55, R56
Location (Region): SoCal
Item Condition: Used

Price is $500 + shipping (bought for $800 from Alta). Intercooler is barely used. Was on my clubman for under 300 miles. If you'd like, I will also include a brand new Forge diverter valve unopened still in box for an extra $150 bought it for $220 from Forge. Killer deal for the both of those things. My loss is your gain. Need this stuff gone ASAP. Don't even have my Mini anymore. Serious buyers only. Don't waste my time please. I've already dealt with too many lowballers. The intercooler really creates a whole new driving experience. Especially with a tune please someone take these off my hands.

how does this one mount to the car? I might be interested in both pieces. For a 09 JCW clubman.

Will this fit a standard MCS? If so, any cutting, body modifcations, welding needed to make it fit?

Also, is the a GEN2 or a GEN1 Alta intercooler?

No welding or cutting. For 2nd gen. I need his gone. This is a killer deal. If you go on the Alta website, they are selling them new for $865!!! There are under 300 miles on this intercooler. $500 + shipping is a steal. I'm also selling a brand new still in box Forge diverter valve for 150 (bought for $220). So for 650 + shipping, I'll throw the DV in the intercooler box (properly packed of course) and you'll have $1000+ of new parts for only $650 + shipping AND you'd only be paying shipping on the intercooler

But I'm firm on the prices. Any lower and I'd be losing too much money.

Why are you selling the intercooler? Is there any damage to it? Are all hardware included that is needed for the installation?

Read the OP. He sold the Mini. If I remember right there is no hardware needed for install. You reuse your existing.

Absolutely no damage...one rub mark from being on my car (seen in the picture) but once installed it's hidden so it doesn't matter. It's pretty much new. Drove with it on the car for under 300 miles. And no, no hardware needed...please someone buy this..I'm so over people asking to get it for 400. Price is firm you guys. Thank you Nevets! Lol
