Help make my head stop hurting !

Been reading till blind and still unsure what set up will work. Atm my r57 is stock. Will be lowering it 1.25-1.5 inches. Looking at two set ups either Enkie rpf1 17x7.5 +38 or Avid av6 17x8 +35 either going 215/45 or 225/45. Will either or both clear ?

my r55 with rota 17x7.5 et 45 with 215/45/17 get a little bit of rub on the carpet inner fender liner, not often and not enough to wear thru but I'm stock height, the et 38/35 will stick out farther 15/10mm and probably rub the outer fender especially with 225 tires especially if you lower. My rear fender comes close when loaded in the back , IE lowered about 1.5" and if I had the 225 with 8" tires at et 35 I know it would.
