Great people, great forum, great car, but

but I'm out.

I loved this car bought new in 2007.
But I'm for sure moving into the realm of single daddy-ness and
very soon my daughter just will not fit. Not to mention keeping
the thing up without a garage will be impossible (moving).

Traded in on a CPO Mazda 3 hatch, 2013, 35k miles, red, i-touring, with
an 8 year warranty.

I still have her in the front seat which is controversial but not illegal.
I'm working on that but she likes the front better. (is stuffed back into
the third row of a van with the momma, no more DVDs for her, or even
the Christian rock station which is what we listen to, just
the beiber or whatever teenagers listen to now).

The double din DVD in my mini she really loved it. It's actually proving
to be quite difficult to figure out a duplicate for the Mazda.
(due to everything being so integrated with the phone and multiple
displays on dash)

I'll still stop in here from time to time and particuarly the off topic stuff.
You folks have always been the most technically knowledgeable and quick to reply on all my questions.

Unfortunately, I mean very very unfortunately, my beloved CRX that I bought new
when I returned from Ft. Benning is a victim of the situation. I sold it to a friend that will take very good care of it.

Not specifically stated above I am moving from a country estate with full garage to a townhouse in the city, no garage.

It's a total reversal of my entire life (not all changes considered bad BTW).
No projects, no maintenance of exterior of the house and yard. I won't even
be changing my own oil from here on out.

I had hoped the CRX would be given to my daughter. Instead what I will give
is my time, all of it.

I did love my CRXes (two of them, owned for about 18 years total), but I can't help but agree with your priorities. Your time now is worth a lot more to your daughter than an old car many years down the road...
