Where on earth the second one goes??? i have changed 2 fuel filters already on 2 cars and ordered 2 filter kits from 2 different sources and both came with 2 rubber rings, one of the sits on tank wall and seals off the tank once the filter assembly is inserted back into the tank. Where does the other go??

 

If I recall the other big rubber is for the sending unit?
