Rear Camber and Tires

Had to stop at a regular repair shop for a tire while on vacation. During an alignment check it was noted that the rear camber is more than a degree out of spec (negative). There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust rear camber (fixed arm). With 24K miles and already on a 2nd set of tires and a new rim (potholes from winter), I wonder what I've gotten myself into. Average driving is less than 15 miles a day at no more than 60 mph for my wife's short commute to work. Anybody else have these problems???

There is an eggcentric bolt on the rear lower control arm connecting it to the trailing arm... used to adjust camber. Adjustable rear control arms will also do the trick

The rear camber is adjustable with the eccentric bolt. It's where the lower camber link bolts to the control arm.

When they measured the camber was there a bunch of stuff piled in the trunk/backseat from the trip? That could really screw with the alignment numbers. You shouldn't be going through tires that fast though so something is up.

R56? 05-06 R53? Early R53?

Early R53's have no stock adjustment. Adjustable control arms are the answer.
