I think I've been pretty lucky with rattles and such. But I have one annoying little squeak that seems to be just when the roof is up. It seems to come from directly behind my head, and sounds like it could be metal on metal. Anyone experience something similar?

 

We just had the end links replaced on ours, sounds similar

I had quite a bit of squeaking coming from same area. When I started to poke around, I noticed that my headrest was rubbing up against the back of the car. Well, passenger side anyways. My friend is a big guy and was pushing the seat all the way back. You probably can only hear it when the top is up because of the wind noise. Put some velcro from local home improvement store on the spot where the seat is rubbing, fixed the issue for me.
