Your survey didn't account for this, near as I can tell; however, a key point would be to update your online catalog. It's 2014, however when I specify "MINI", 2011 is the most current year that can be selected. I'm fairly informed on R56's, however not all may be, and thus equipped to make the assumptions that part x for 2011 & prior is ok to use on later models.

Thanks for the info. We are currently building more of our catalog and plan to have newer models very soon. We have all the newer model part numbers searchable via OEM MINI 11 digit part number in the search box. You'll also get more responses if you don't ask demographic information. I know you think you need it, but it's probably the No. 1 reason people don't complete surveys.
