Hello everyone. Please be patient with me as I just joined the forum today. I look forward to being a part of this community as I embark on my new Mini journey. I've been a BMW owner most of my life and I figured at the age of 40 it was time to have an early mid life crisis and drive a convertible.

I ordered my Ice Blue Mini Cooper S Convertible about two weeks ago and I found out from the dealer that Holly GoLightly (think Tiffany blue as in Breakfast at Tiffanys) was to be finished being born yesterday, March 10 in Oxford England. How long before she puts her sexy legs on a boat and gets to me?

I would welcome any and all advice at this stage in my virgin-ship owner-ship.

There's a thread in the "1st gear" forum about tracking your MINI as it is built. With a build number, you can check some of the shipping lines and find out which ship your car is on.
