Okay. . . many of you across the US (especially in the South) will be familiar with that great institution, Waffle House. They say that you can get one of their hamburgers fixed 22,020,096 different ways. So I was wondering. . . can some mathematical type out there tell us how many different ways you can get a MINI???

Don't look at me. . . I have trouble subtracting if you have to carry a number.

 

by my calculations, which arn't totally correct because you can't get certain bonnet stripes with certain roof colors, this is what i got just using the Build Your Own feature on the Mini website. keep in mind this excludes extra things like the Aero Package, Driving Lights, Roof Racks, etc.

for the Cooper, there are about 245,366,784 possibilities.

for the Cooper S, there are about 17,301,504 possibilities.

this makes the total ways you can have a Mini come out to be:

262,668,288 different Minis.

if you were asking just about color possibilities, give me five more minutes, and i will post that as well.

color combos for the Cooper S = 36


that means there are 88 possibilities to have different Minis on the exterior.

no, having too much time on your hands is figuring out that i was 3,145,728 combinations off regarding the Cooper S. there are only 14,155,776 combinations for that, making the total combinations more like 259,522,560.

waaay too much time. you have no idea. the sacrafices i make for the sake of Minis....

 

I called my dealer (Kolon Motors BMW Military Sales) and asked him how many combinations. For the Mini S he stated that there are 244 actual combinations that can be produced from the factory.
