Traded in my MINI on Monday for a 2011 VW GTI, this is a used ALTA "Stealth" Black Front Mount Intercooler. It has some of the paint coming off from where the honeycomb grill doesn't protect the finish. This is common with painted pieces that low to the ground, and is not seen once installed. As seen here
