Window Question

in my 12 mcs my driverside window goes up and down incredibly slower than my passenger window, and when its half way open when i go to put the window all the way up with the automatic switch it goes all the way down, its been doing this since day one with the car but now that its winter and it keeps happening when theres a ton of snow on the window its starting to bother me more since the snow ends up on my lap. i brought it to the dealer 4 times for this one reason and they just reprogram the computer, works for about an hour sometimes then same problem. anyone else have this issue?

hold the switch up or down and it won't bounce back. cold weather and its effect on the cars battery is the culprit. ever car ive had did this in the winter.
