WTB:: Pulley removal tool
Pulley removal tool
Looking to purchase the pulley removal tool so i can get the stock supercharger pulley off and put the 15% one on...fastest response either txt 707-969-7608 or pm.
Make sure that you put some grease on the puller bolt before you start pulling the old pulley and don't even try it with generic puller it won't work lol
Nice!! looking forward to all that, and thanks i figured the generic puller wont work, man this will be an interesting job considering this is my first sc car. I've been dealing with turbo's for the last 7 years. I had a 500awhp eclipse gsx and im done with the whole drag thing...wanna start doing autox/roadracing.
do you do any autox ?
also i wanted to ask you, i see you have the craven 15% pulley, did you feel a big increase in power and also did you have to get your car tuned?

Wow that was a lot of power lol. I don't autox never done it, I'm missing out :-), you do get a bump in power and a sweet SC sound, I just have a modified OEM Intake so no big sound there yet until I open up another hole in the cowl area but yes it will give a decent bump I already got use to it so I want to get a tune next. I did get colder spark plugs and a smaller belt, can't remember the number but it's here on nam somewhere.
You don't need a tune I think that you need one if it's a 19% pulley but not sure about it. Im planing on getting a tune soon maybe at Helix if RMW goes there or Brentuning in MA

Yea, the problem with forced induction is that you're never happy, always wanting more!!
my first order of parts will consist of the 15% pulley and the stock/15% belt (according to jcw the stock belt works for the 15% pulley), intake, and spark plugs + wires. Thanks for the info, i cant wait man...so psyched heh.
Autox is really fun, I've done it once before but my car was making too much power and the turbo lag was pretty bad (full boost @ 4700 rpm) so it didnt make a good autox car but an excellent drag car...There are some events here @ nassau coliseum during late summer if you ever want to check them out.
