16" Dunlop SP Winter Sport with 16" V spoke wheels

I have a set of Dunlop SP Winter Sport 16" tires wrapped around v spoke mini wheels. The tires have less than a thousand miles on them. One of the tires has a nail in them and needs to be patched or replaced. The other 3 are like brand new. I am located in South NJ, near philly.
