I just took my 17" R97s with run flats off and installed 18" Volk IIIs. What a difference it makes in the ride! Even though the sidewalls are smaller, the ride is soooo much better. I knew it would be better but didn't expect this much.

 

same here i went with some JCW black wheels with non runflats and it is unreal the difference, so much a better ride

 

I'm getting rid of my run flats next week, I can't wait! Ditching the heavy S lites in favor of Rota RB. It should be about a 12 pound drop in weight at each corner between the lighter wheels and tires.
