Howdy, loving my 2012 JCW coupe I bought a few months ago, the first MINI I have owned and from my experiences so far, not the last!

I am an artist by trade, mainly working on video game covers and toy artwork, (www.pictureplaneimaging.com)
over the Christmas break I painted a couple MINI themed illustrations that I am going to make prints of, a limited edition lithograph run of only 50 as well as open edition, If anyones interested in purchasing one let me know! (the email address will not be on the print, its just there as a watermark for online posting)

The blue one is based on the concept coupe, and the orange one is based on a cool paint job I saw someone post.

sorry about the duplicated threads, the first 2 were corrupted somehow.

Just a little background about these pieces, something I love about the MINI is the unique design, there are so many neat design cues with the shape of the car, lights, grill etc that make it very cool. I wanted to make an artwork that just focuses on those simple shapes that make it uniquely MINI without getting lost in detail so I kept it very graphic in nature, but keeping the fun playful aspect of the brand.

I made these for the "gift exchange" owner program, not sure if you guys all saw that email about exchanging gifts with random MINI owners?
So I will be sending some of these out to my gift buddy! If you want one as well let me know!

I can also do custom artworks based on this, putting your own model of car and colors in it!

They look great! I have a Horizon Blue MINI with a black roof, I would love to get a version similar to the one on the left (R56) done in my color.

The art is a 6"x6" giclee print on archival paper and inks. I can do all your requests above (checkered, license plate, etc) The only thing I will need to get started is a $50 sent to paypal, you can send it to me on paypal just using my email address, pollila@yahoo.com

As soon as I see your payment and specific request come through I will get yours done right away and send you a jpeg for your approval, once you approve it, I get the print made and ship it off. Since these are custom requests I'm sure you understand I can't start until after payment is received.

also, I do have black frames as shown in the picture with the white matte, if you want one of those with it as well for just $15 so its ready to hang (until I run out) otherwise I just send these as unframed prints.

 

Minilla, yes since I am changing things like stripes and colors and license plates etc, I can do any requests like removing the hood scoop.

I would also be open to doing a different MINI model if there is interest, like a Paceman or Countryman etc.
