Took what felt like forever to install this supersprint header man. Ended up going in thru the top of the engine! Took off the coolant thing, and unbolted the ps reservoir. This was after I had already removed the heat shielding crap on both sides of the car. HAd to bend one of those hangers for the shielding, then jam the damn thing down. All because I couldn't weasel the damn thing over the sway bar. Guess a car on Ramps is not enough room to install one of these. The car just isn't high enough to rotate the header to clear the damn sway bar. It's super loud with just the header of course. The backfires sound awesome tho! Haha. Going to the exhaust shop on thurs to get the cat welded in, and the crimp cut out of the JCW exhaust.

Did you get to use a lift? How did you get over the sway bar?

We fit it from the bottom in his driveway on jack stands, wasn't easy but we sneaked it by. I believe we partially removed the sway bar.

When we installed mine it was on a lift. It still took a bit to get it in even with the lift.

I installed my Scorpion header from the bottom. I did not have to remove anything, but the insulation tin covering the shifter cables. The insulation went back on easy with the new header installed.

FYI I ended having to put screw in studs in the head from ARP. The stock bolts did nothing but fight me the entire time and I did not want to risk stripping anything out.
