Just drove home in a new to us 2005 Electric Blue MCS which was an early surprise Christmas present to replace wife's 2005 which was totaled last month.

This car has some things like auto locking turned on which I'd like to turn off or turn on the auto unlocking.

Is there a way to do these sorts of things without having a dealer do it?

BTW anyone want to trade some black mirror caps for white ones? The "new" car will be getting a black roof & mirror changeover to white like her old one.

Check out a thread by GTECKO regarding the modification of software options in the Mini. I am looking at fixing the airbag seat sensor with it; however, am now waiting on the proper OBDII connector cable first. I hope this helps.
