Hi guys,


I'd like to ask you about factory color of Mini Cooper S (R56).
The reason is, I'm currently hunting for a 07 built Cooper S and I found one. According to the seller, the car is in good nick. Only done about 12thou kms. But the car is quite far away from where I live (1 hour fight far). So before heading to see the car, I just want to make sure that Mini offer this color. I know photos don't do justice, but at least I believe many of you guys can recognize the color and hopefully tell me that the color is offered by Mini.

According to my 2007 brochure it would have to be Astro Black Metallic.

Wow that's an 2007 MCS, damn! Looks as clean as my 2007 MCS after being repainted, I guess that's what you get when you garage you cars.

 

Yep..most minis over here are garaged..driven only on weekends

 

The color is engraved in a small piece of metal attached to the supports under the hood. I agree that it looks like Astro Black. The car looks great, good luck.

It's on the front of the right strut/shock tower.
