I just bought a 2009 Mini Cooper Hardtop Non S with auto tranny. A few times now, I noticed the engine will stall when I press on the gas pedal going uphill. This has happend on the street or just as simple as turning and going up into my driveway.

Any thoughts what the problem can be? I know about the fuel pump issue with the S models but how about the non S. I just had my oil changed 1k miles ago. Checked my oil level today and looks fine.
