Full Rack of BBQ Ribs
-Served with seasoned fries, coleslaw & ranch beans

Grilled Norwegian Salmon
-Served with a side salad and fresh vegetables

12. OZ New York Strip Steak
-Served with seasoned fries and fresh vegetables

Famous Chicken Fajitas
-Grilled chicken served with pico-de-gallo, shredded montery jack & chedder cheeses, fresh guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce and warm flour tortillas

Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese
-pasta tossed in lightly spiced 3-cheese sauce, topped with grilled chicken and served with garlic toast

Veggie Leggie
-Grilled Portobello mushroom, zucchini, yellow squash, roasted red pepper, lemon mayo, lettuce, sliced tomato and grilled sweet onions on a toasted bun. Served with a side salad.

What a fun run!!! My brother had a blast and now he wants his own MINI. We had to leave early (@ midnight) as I had to be up at 4AM for work, but we still had a blast. Hope the rest of the night was just as good.
