I have a 2013 roadster with NM springs and 215/45 17 Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I'd say the perfect setup with no problems at all.

You can run the 215's all day long!!! I run 215's on a 7" +40 offset wheel in the summer and currently a 215 on a 7" +30 offset wheel for the winter. Also, I work in the Tire/Wheel industry so trust me, you are fine. Post Pics when you get it all together!!
Good luck!
Dustin
Oh, and I'm on H&R springs too with the bump stops cuts roughly in half... NEVER rub.
