CEL - P0113 & P2096 looking for answers

Just bought a 2006 Mini Cooper S, the next day the engine light came on with two codes,

P2096 - Post Cayalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High

Any ideas where to continue my search, I've replaced the O2 sensor after the CAT and TMAP with Genuine Mini sensors.

Sorry I don't have experience with those. I would try contacting dynasport. Great local BMW/mini shop.

FYI, MINI has a really long, or possibly lifetime warranty on our cars, especially the 05/06's, with anything to do related to the oxygen sensors and/or catalytic converter. I would suggest putting the stock sensor back in (make sure it is indeed factory), then take it in and have them check it out. They should look at it and possibly repair it free of charge.

How is that possible, I've never heard of a lifetime warranty on any car

Maybe not lifetime, but at least 100K/10 years on the oxygen sensors. You have to call them to get the details
