Does anyone know if they make or where i can get eye decals to put under the hood where the headlights are located?

 

Don't think that those are made. Not that I've seen anyways. Try your local decal/sign shop. I've seen sign shops that can make pretty much anything. Interesting idea though.

Try your local speed shop or swap meet. A company called Moon Equiptment used a pair of eyeballs as their company logo in the 60's and 70's.
I had a set of eyeballs on the rear dif. of my 55 Chevy with a dago rake.
Looked good. It was cool at the time.

Shouldn't be too difficult to take some adhesive vinyl and make your own (cut out the shapes and colors you need and stick 'em on), ore even hand-paint a pair o' peepers.
