putting new rim on my cooper non s

When installing new rims on my cooper can I use the old sensors or do I have to get new ones

You can use the old tpms sensors good luck

The only comment that I would make is that the batteries in the sensors are only rated for 5 years. I have one that acts funny in cold weather on my 08. Depending on the age of your car, you may want to think about another set, since you would have to pay labor again to swap them out if they go bad in a year or so.
