Will the scan gauge work on my auto R55?

 

Yes, it'll work on your auto. It just plugs into the car's OBD II port. Works on manual and automatic transmission cars.

I have a '10 R56 JCW. Would the AP be a plug and play add on? I'm guessing it comes with standard maps since I've heard they're not developing it for the N14 engine any more.

I believe the AP will work with your '10 N14. Might want to double check with Alta to be sure though.

It comes with stage 1, 2 and 3 maps, one each for linear throttle response and one each for stock throttle response curve.

I was running the stage 3 with the sprint booster in race mode. Turned the car into a pure beast. I couldn't believe the difference it made after I returned it to stock recently.

Best mod for your bucks with regard to power.

Huckleberry, mine is the DoS V1 intake. It has the oiled filter. Works great, I loved the sound it made too.

Chosmister, the sway bar is spoken for at this point. Should something change I'll let you know.
