Holy cow, one of the most underpowered cars I have driven in a long time!!

So great. Rather than making this a "love for all things MINI" post, let's turn it into a "My MINI is better than yours" pissing contest. Yes, the non-S is slower than the S. However, it is just as much fun to drive and in the twisties will handle every bit as well as an S. It also is less expensive and comes with fewer issues (such as the high pressure fuel pump), which makes it more reliable.

 

No doubt. And if you have the skill to properly drive, then you might be surprised at just how fun it is to drive a Justa than to bad-mouth it on a board where a few hundred people own one.

I have a Justa as a rental car while I'm in California! It's a lot more enjoyable to drive than the previous Ford Focus I had. I recently went to Big Basin where the Mini was one hell of a ride! It didn't feel any weaker than the Ford Focus

 

I agree with the underpowered nature of the car. I came from a Prius so I know all about underpowered. I just got the CMS4 and sometimes its pretty scary making a left turn through oncoming traffic waiting for the turbo to spool up. I don't think it handles any better than my Prius either, and wish I got the sport suspension. Oh well, but it looks damn cool.

I drive an R60 too!
But it still does not change the fact that this Justa does not have enough power to get out of it's own way. I raced my wife lastnight, and her (4cyl)RAV-4 smoked it!
