Hi,

I copied some mp3 files from my itunes library to a Kingston 16GB memory stick and connected to my 2012 Cooper S. My car recognized the USB and I can see the list of songs displayed on my screen. But when I select them, it says "Cannot play the track". Please help!!!!

 

Have you checked to see if the bitrate of the compression is compatible?
Also are the iTunes files protected?
What confuses me is i-tunes USUALLY uses AAC compression...not mp3.....
