Problems with the instrumentation

Hi all, I apologize for my English is not good, for the past several months I have the Mini stops due to an electrical problem, practically does not work instrumentation, speedometer, tachometer, etc., when I turn the key only lights the lamp airbags do not work the clock, heating, cooling fan, work, but a radio, windows and lights, arrows work but you do not hear the ticking sound.
Scan tools with me as errors p1612 and P1692.
This happened to me after I changed the lock to the car, I do not know if you can depend on this thing.

I thank in advance anyone who can help me.

p1612 - Serial Communication Link Instrument Pack- You might have mess up the immobilizer when changing the lock. Go back and check all connectors and surrounding wires.
P1692 Electronic Throttle Control Monitor Level 2/3 Motorized Throttle Control and Fuel Injection Switch Off 'A' is considered a safetey level code
It can be set due to an internal calculation error in the ECM.
The fuel injector cut-off would be ECM controlled. Meaning it deactivated an injector due to a fault, malfunction in engine speed limitation or engine speed control, fault in electronic throttle module. Does it start? Can you drive it?

I would IMO take it to a shop unless you feel confident in your ability to work on it.

yes, the car works perfectly except for the things listed, obviously I can not use it because of the non-operation of the fan to cool down. But if it were the immobilizer should not block the operation of the car and do not run it? could instead be the key at this point? I was thinking more a problem of bc1.

thanks anyway
