adjustable camber plates for KW V2's

So I'm in the market for some adjustable camber plates, and would like to know which make is best with the KW V2's.

Are you looking for a performance camber plate or just one to get you low? Keep in mind that different plates have different stack heights which affect your ride height.

I think someone is selling some in the marketplace right now. Vorschlags, I believe.

Yes performance, as the height of my car is fine for me now. I was just curious if there is a certain brand I should look for that is great with the KW V2 coilovers.

Yes I saw them but wasn't sure if that is a good brand.

Vorschlag is on of the best camber plates you can get for the MINI. They are well known in the racing community and make excellent products that have seen track time on Porsches, BMWs, MINIs, Evos, etc. If I were in the market for camber plates, they're my only brand I would consider.

As an alternative, maybe give TC Kline a ring and see what they have or recommend.

Yea I'm leaning towards the Vorshlags, but unsure as to which spring perch to get. They have 60mm coilover perches, 2.5" coilover perches, and stock spring perch. Anyone know which one I should get with the KW V2's?

I would give them a call to be perfectly honest. They'd know exactly what to recommend for you.

Give Way Motor Works another call and leave a message if you can. When you do reach Way, let him know what you are trying to do and what suspension upgrades you have already.

So I sent them a question thru their website, and he said for the stock KW V2 setup I should get the stock spring perch. Does anyone know what would happen if I used the wrong perch spring size?

You'll know if you have the wrong perch size. Stock springs are a much larger inner/outer diameter than typical aftermarket coilover springs (like hypercoil or swift).

For example... (pulled from Vorshlag's website and these are not OEM mini springs but gives you an idea)

If you notice the KW V2s use a spring similar to stock diameter on the top which is why you are needing the spring perch for "stock springs" even though you're using aftermarket springs. Here is a picture of the KW V2 setup for Minis.

Vorshlags are the best camber plates you can get.

If you have the standard off the shelf KW V2s you need the stock size spring perches.

If you have our custom TSW spec KW V2s you will need 60mm perches as we use special linear springs matched for the MINI to improve performance.
