ABS Speed Sensor?

I know that this topic has been discussed quite a bit but I could find nothing that was recent in the past 2 years.

I have a 2005 MCS. I had the DSC/ABS/Run Flat triad of lights come on about 2 months ago. I replaced both front sensors. Note that the passenger side had to be pryed , drilled, hammered and persuaded to come out. Once I replaced both the lights went out and all was good. Today the lights are back on. My gut says its the passenger side that is a problem again. I might have done some damage getting the new one back in. My question is should I drill the hole for the sensor out a little bit (1/8") to help? I would put a small magnet down the hold to get any of the shavings out. Or, should I just try to be as careful as possible and hope no damage is done on the re-entry.

Also, it seems the cost of the sensors is all over the board. Has anyone seen any difference on the $15 one verse the $150 one?

Thoughts, Ideas?
