After speaking with Chris about what pulley was best for me. I spoke with Christina on the phone and I ordered myself a 17% pulley kit with belt, tensioner stop, and rental tool. She gave me a 10% discount for being in the military.

When I went to install the pulley I had an issue with the collar breaking due to a faulty part. I called and spoke with Chris at 530pm eastern and he next day aired me a replacement part which I had at 930am the following day.

Sidenote: I live in Connecticut and they shipped it from Oregon!

I installed the new part and my car couldn't run any better.

Thank you both for awesome service. I always ran Perrin parts on my Subaru and now I'm glad I can stick with the same company for my mini!
