I've read about more torque on lug bolts but, I've never had a problem with lug nuts coming off. Why use them?

I am thinking of doing a conversion. I guess I'm just worried about a flat out on the road (since I cannot afford run flat tires).

I sell a stud conversion kit for Mini. Its used often with compeditors that use spacers.

The studs are $56 - and come in 58 or 80 mm length

the Ultralight Forged alloy lugs are $56 for the set.

Standard nuts are $20 for the set.
