Stratmosphere exhaust vs miltek

Hey guys. Im deciding between the wmw stratmosphere exhaust and the miltek exhaust. From what ive heard they are identical except the welds are better on the stratmosphere. From the videos ive heard online the stat. exhaust seems to sound more ricey than the miltek, however that could just be the mic on the camera being used.

Can anyone offer up opinions on the sound of the statmosphere exhaust vs the miltek?

Talk to Way Motor Works because they sell both.

I use the Milltek but have not heard the Statmosphere in real life.

I purchased my Stratmosphere from Way Motor Works. The system slipped right onto my 2004 MCS. The sound is dynamite and the throttle response feels like I have picked up some low end torque, probably psychological. It sure sounds great, fit great, looks terrific and no highway drone.

Super pleased with Stratmosphere! Buy from Way, he provides such great technical feed back here.

I just purchased an ATI Crank Pulley and lower idler pulley from his site.

The Milltek and Stratmosphere are near the same. Long story short the Stratmosphere is a remake of the Milltek, that said the Stratmosphere seems to install and fit better. Both are in the same price point, the main difference is going to be the tips and the install.

Last word on the Strat exhaust was they were about 4-6 weeks out.

I was contemplating the same thing as the OP, I ended up with Ways Start exhaust. I have had it for about 3 months now and love it. It is very quite and tame, which I like, but does have a little growl at the higher RPM. I would definitely not call it ricey and people hardly look if I burble by. My only issue was some vibration clatter at the mounts, but my local exhaust shop fixed it for 40 bucks.
