R60 Carbon Fiber Interior Door Trim?

Carbon Fiber Interior Door Trim?
Now that my '13 S is here and it has the carbon fiber trim on the sides of the dash, I'd sure like to change the Piano Black door trims to a Carbon look. Has anyone accomplished this, and how was it done. I assume I could remove them and have them wrapped, just looking for direction. Thanks.
