Front panel crack

Hey guys,
I crashed the car the other night into a curb and cracked the bumper as well as the front panel. Does anyone know how hard of a job it is to replace that.
As well if that would explain release loose steering. I Was going about 40 when I hit the curb.

There's a pretty good chance you have more than just superficial damage if you hit a curb at 40mph. I'd get that in and get it checked out as it may have caused some hidden damage as well, particulary to suspension components

Tires are fine. Yeah there is definitely something wrong with the steering it is way to loose. Well I'd say its essentially total, especially it being a cvt

Bumper, etc are EASY to take-off and replace....
Just look at a "girls guide to service mode"...about a 20 minute job...
But other components...much more $$$....

Oh yeah the externals are fine I can handle that. The quote I got for replacing the front panel.. was 1200$ plus what ever is wrong with steering... so something rather expensive. The radiators actually like slumping it cracked all along the bottom and couple places up top. Its some costly damage for a stupid curb. So I dont want to invest anymore in cvt.

Just a thought...if your CVT is good...buy a Cooper with a blown CVT...move it...or just the parts you need!!
Or sell the good CVT for some $$$.

Yeah I could probably get at least 2k-3k for the cvt I think. The cvt is fine, its not running unusual... The skid plate was untouched. Im not sure what to do yet.. probably sleep on it. Its hard to get rid of your first mini... or you first car for that matter.
