MINI clubs and/or events in CT or MA??
Hey all,
I've gotten a bit jealous of those Subie owners lately seeing TONS of them cruising together to random get-togethers, shows, etc...
Does the MINI community do that here in the CT/MA area?? If so, I want in!

I also saw that lot around northeast CT and also all along my drive back into MA. I think there was some event in stafford springs or there abouts. Made me jealous!
How about on the MINI front??? Where do I find out about events and such? Is there a specific club, website (other than here?), or something I should check out?

YES we do!!
There is a pretty active group of NY/NJ/CT MINI owners that can be found rallying around the area... check NEMINI.org in the meets, rallies and runs section.... Sunrise run to NYC coming up soon....http://nemini.org/index.php?topic=2815.25

the masstuning facebook group also have quite a few mini owners, and there are meets. usually at least 3 minis per meet, and many other euro cars too.
FWIW: I was a subi guy, still am a little. The stafford springs CT events are WBM (wicked big meet) which is an east coast thing every June, it's not a subi specific meet per say, as I brought my mini there....there were a bunch of non-subi's there anyway, it's open to all manufacturers.

As the VP of the CT VW Association, and a MINI owner, we open all our events to "German Vehicles" Since I own both, and I can find BMW parts on the car, I'll call the MINI's German
We have an event in Mansfield CT at the end of April, One mid/end of May in Marlborough and an event in July in Westbrook
We do a year end cruise in October too
