Are you on lowered springs?

 

Not at all.....my Mini only has the base suspension. I believe running 215/45 will fill out the wheel well justa bit.

 

Nice look. I have those is 16's for winter on my R53 JCW. They juuuuust clear the front calipers

 

Always liked the look of the MINI Challenge wheels and yes, they look very good on your MINI. But I always wondered if they called them Challenge wheels because they are such a challenge to clean.

I can't talk though... look at what I used to roll with on my 06 Justa...

Just a quick review on the Dunlop DZ101 tires. I took a chance on these tires even thought some reviews were not so favorable. I also read that Dunlop made some improvements on these recently. Anyways, i don't have a lot of other tires to compare to except the most recent set of Yoko S-Drives on my '04. I think these Dunlops are very nice tires. Good grip on dry pavement. Where the S-Drives tend to slide and then grab around a corner, these just grab and grab around the corners.
As for the size, i really feel these look a lot better than the stock size of 205's. In fact the height on these are same as the stock 16's so it works without any issues.
Will follow up when we see some rain around here.
