Open house and Kickoff BBQ with Ferney and Melissa at Ferney's Lube and Auto Repair.

MINI5280 is helping Ferney and Melissa showcase their new shop, the doors have been open a few months, but now is the time.

General gathering and shop tour, starting at 11AM Sunday June 30, 2013.

BBQ and food will commence at 12:15, come enjoy some food, drinks and fun.

For those of you who are still debating about signing up, we will also have a raffle with some fun MINI prizes and MINI Trivial Pursuit (MINI-al Pursuit doesn't quite work, does it...) Still trying to be creative with that one...

Looks like 35-40 people from the NAM calendar, maybe a couple of MINIs with only 1 driver, so maybe 30-35. A few folks doing likes on FB, I hope the BBQ gets at least 50 folks and 20-30 MINIs to view the shop.

Holy cow, that's a lot more than I thought there would be. I guess underestimated the kinship of the 5280 crowd.

I'll be showing up later, hopefully not much past 1pm. Looking forward to it!

 

Might try a bit earlier, remember, when it comes to food and our MINIs we don't really like to share. Just kidding.

Almost made me think I should not have had breakfast before going to the BBQ. Only could do one fine Brat, they had Burgers, Brats, Italian Sausage grilling to the end. More cookies than I needed, veggies and dips oh my!

Nicely done Melissa and Ferney, great shop, fine BBQ.

Super raffle prizes and trivia contest prizes. Once again, a lot of folks went home lucky and happy.
