About to buy a Countryman, Good/Fair/Bad Price?

I am currently talking to a online internet sales representative and so far she has quoted me $26,000 ($1.5k below their msrp), out the door price $28,600.
I think I can get it down to $28K. I live in Northern California.
What do you guys think?

This is for a new 2013 white Countryman S with automatic transmission anthracite wheels. No added fancy accessories.

Thank you. -elmini

Is this for an ALL4? Or just FWD? I paid 24700 for my CPO 2011 ALL4 S with everything but HK sound with 16000 miles. You could go to other mini dealer sites to see what they are offering similar cars at to compare your price. Good luck!
